How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with every feature, including cloud optimization. A card is required at checkout. The trial turns into a yearly plan unless you cancel before it ends — cancel anytime from your account and you won't be charged.
Can I get a refund?
The free trial is there so you can be sure first. Once a trial has turned into a paid plan we're not able to offer refunds, so please cancel during the trial if it isn't right for you — we'll gladly help you get set up before then. Read the refund policy.
What happens if my license expires?
Your site stays fast: page caching and local optimizations keep working. Cloud optimization, Autopilot, scans, updates and support pause until you renew.
Does it work on Cloudflare's free plan?
Yes. One click sets up full-page edge caching with Cloudflare Cache Rules, which are available on the free plan. Staging copies of your site can't touch the live zone.
Is it safe for logged-in users, carts and checkout?
Yes. Logged-in users, commenters, password-protected pages and WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads sessions bypass the page cache automatically, on disk and at the edge. Autopilot never turns on JavaScript delay or CSS removal for you.
Does it work with block themes and page builders?
Yes. It's built around the block editor and detects popular themes and builders — including Blocksy, Kadence, GreenShift, Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Oxygen and Beaver Builder — and warns you before you enable a setting known to clash with them. Critical CSS, Remove Unused CSS and JS delay are opt-in, so nothing changes your layout unless you choose it.
