This Refund Policy explains how billing and cancellations work for Speed of Light, a WordPress plugin published by Digitaldive (digitaldive.pro). It applies to new purchases of any plan. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
We want you to be confident that Speed of Light is the right caching and performance engine for your WordPress site. That's why every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. If the plugin isn't right for you, cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.
The trial is the same on every plan — Solo, Studio and Agency are all the complete plugin, and all start with the identical 7-day free trial.
How to cancel during your trial
Cancelling is quick and self-serve. You have two ways to do it, any time before your trial ends:
- From your Freemius account — our checkout and licensing provider. Open the account or invoice email you received when you started the trial and follow the cancellation link.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel my trial."
To help us locate your account quickly, please include the email address used at checkout. You don't need to explain why — but if something went wrong, we'd genuinely like to know so we can improve.
After the trial
When the 7-day trial ends, your plan converts to a paid annual license and the card on file is charged. Because the trial exists so you can evaluate the full plugin before paying, we do not offer refunds after the trial has converted.
If you believe you were charged in error, or you have any other post-trial billing issue — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a renewal you didn't expect — contact us at [email protected] and a real person will look into it and make it right.
Renewals
Licenses are billed annually and, by default, renew automatically so your site keeps receiving updates and support without interruption.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid being charged for the next term, please cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal charges unexpectedly, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
