How fast will I hear back?
We answer email support during business days. Studio and Agency plans are prioritized in the queue, so those messages get looked at first.
What should I include?
Your WordPress and PHP versions, your active theme/builder, the page or setting involved, and any error text. A link to the affected page helps us reproduce it fast.
Can I get a refund?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — card required, cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing. For any billing issue after the trial, contact us and we'll sort it out. See the full refund policy for details.
Something looks off after enabling a feature?
Most theme or builder conflicts are solved by Smart Configuration's safelists. If something still looks wrong, clear the cache, then email us the page and the toggle so we can investigate.
